Violette Restaurant offers traditional French Provincial cuisine. Menu favorites have their origins in a number of French regions, ranging from Boeuf Bourgignon to Quiche Lorraine, as well as the hearty beef, pork, fowl, and seafood dishes associated with French cooking. Violette’s menus include lighter fare, such as vegetarian pastas and wonderfully fresh salads. Our Salade Alsacienne, in particular, has become a customer favorite.
For a sweet ending, we must mention at least one of several decadent desserts we offer, Violette’s Mousse au Chocolat, which the Atlanta Journal-Consitution hailed as the “city’s best”....
